Every single pair of Mossy shoes is hand-crafted to order by our master artisans in the historic workshops of Gaziantep. By wearing Mossy, you wear shoes are made sustainably, ethically, and specifically for you.

We're tired of fast fashion and 24-hour delivery windows. At Mossy, we reject mass production, and do things differently. Let us introduce our 'Batch' system.

How Your Order Travels

To maintain the highest standards of artisanal quality, we follow a precise monthly cycle:

1. The Batch. We accept orders throughout the month. The final cut-off for each batch is 23:59 UK time on the last day of the month.
2. Creation. Once the window closes, we hand-make your pair of Mossys specifically for you.
3. Quality Check & Transit. After a rigorous quality check, your shoes are shipped to the UK, where they undergo a final inspection before being dispatched to your door.

When to Expect Your Pair

Because of this bespoke process, your shoes will arrive around half-way through the month following your order.

For example, whether you place your order on February 1st or February 28th, your shoes will be hand-crafted in the first days of March and delivered to you within two weeks.
